what's with the airport theme in our careers section ?

The landing page is an expression of the multiple facets of a "Career" for different people at different stages in their lives. The design is a pastiche of art and philosophy.

The escalator denotes the eternal human desire to move up in life. The airport was picked to depict the multicultural, multiethnic organization that we are. We see the airport as a melting pot of various subcultures, very similar to how it is to work within the organization. The airport also symbolizes to us a launching pad; an opportunity for someone to take charge of his/her life and chart out his/her own destiny.

The clock on the second floor is a metaphor for the various stages in our professional lives where we try and balance our professional growth with our personal growth. The picture at the centre of the clock is the Gini coefficient, a solemn reminder of the inequalities in our society. Something we might do well to think about while we focus on our professional careers and our family life.

We lay out the red carpet for you hoping that you would enjoy the experience of exploring an opportunity to work with us as you discover the perfect career for yourself, We would love to have you on board.
