How is our approach to Rewards and Recognition similar ?
Our Rewards & Recognition philosophy recognizes that all of us are driven by both Intrinsic and Extrinsic motivators. However, while extrinsic motivators like fair compensation and monetary incentives ensure that our employees are well looked after, it is the emphasis on intrinsic motivation which gets high performance out of our employees. Our HR policies encourage intrinsic motivation by focusing on:

The desire in all of us to be the best we can be at what we do. Our focus on new technologies such as Cloud computing, Enterprise Mobility ensures that more and more of our employees learn and master skills which are unfolding the future for our clients.
- Purpose
The larger purpose which drives all of us to pursue excellence and challenge ourselves every day. Working at Mahindra Satyam is not about the paycheck at the end of the month but it is about a relentless pursuit of excellence.
- Autonomy
Trusting our employees and giving them enough independence to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients. We have only 8 distinct levels between a Software Engineer and the CEO. A flatter organization ensures that responsibility comes earlier to our employees than at the competition.
